Rabbi, can I have a margarita with my matzo ball? Can we have something more on our Pesach table than Mogan David? Those answers, and many others will be taught in this unique learning/tasting class that will examine the connection between Jews and Mexico, in between sips of some of the finest offerings Mexico has to offer. We’ll cover the history of Jews in Mexico, the influence of Judaism and Kashrut on the tequila making process, and the tequila making process itself. All accompanied by the tasting of fine tequilas and their particular flavor intricacies. This class is sure to change your holiday tables for the future.
And together we’ll say Salut and L’Chaim!!!
