Echoes of Elul, Day 25: The Eyes of a Child

Cindy Grossberg

One of the joys of being a “Nana” is being able to see the world through the eyes of a child, or in my case, the eyes of my granddaughters; Libby, 2 years old, and Riley, 1 year. Through them I experience for a second time, the innocence of childhood and how magical the world can be.
Air Supply, in their beautiful song, “Through the Eyes of A Child” say:
In the eyes of a child, there is joy, there is laughter.
There is hope, there is trust, a chance to shape its future.
For the lessons of life, there is no better teacher, than the look in the eyes of a child.

May you have a year filled with joy and laughter and magic moments.
Enjoy my joy with this video.
