Yom Ha’atzma’ut, Israel’s 75th Independence Day takes place on April 26/5 Iyar. To commemorate this historic occasion, Rabbi Sharon Sobel will teach a four-session course on Israel (pre-registration required in advance. You may register for any or all).*

Session #1: Thursday, April 13th at 7:15 PM. The Latest on the Judiciary Crisis: Why Does this Matter to Us?

Session #2: Thursday, April 27th at 7:15 PM. Ahavat Yisrael – Love of Israel. What Does it Mean for Diaspora Jews to “love Israel?”

Session #3: Thursday May 4th at 7:15 PM. Opportunities & Challenges: Where has Israel achieved great success? What are the challenges still confronting Israel and blocking progress?

Session #4: Thursday, May 11th at 7:15 PM. The Zionist Dream/The Palestinian Dream – As Depicted Through Poetry
