Situational and Vulnerability Awareness (SVA) training promotes a culture or mindset of security that one aspires to maintain throughout daily activities. The objective is to raise awareness of potential threats in any environment, with respect to any set of circumstances.
This class will be taught by Special Agent Frederick J. Simon with the FBI. Special Agent Simon has been with the FBI for over 21 years. During this time, he has served on several different squads, where he worked on Espionage, International and Domestic Terrorism, and a large variety of federal crimes. He is involved in several FBI programs that partner with public and private entities to safeguard the United States’ interests domestically and abroad.
