Tel Aviv – Rabin Museum and Jaffa

I just realized that I have not let our readers see an example of the famous Israeli hotel breakfasts. I prefer the fruit myself but there is a large collection of baked goods and even different fish!

After breakfast we went to the Yitzchak Rabin museum where we learned the history and events surrounding his rise through the ranks of the military, his transition to politics and the end of his life and memorial.

We just now left Jaffa, an ancient port and has now merged into the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffo on many maps.

Along with many beautiful (and ridiculously priced) art galleries, there is also a few whimsical zodiac-inspired fountains and the ‘Wishing Bridge’ where you find your zodiac sign, hold it while looking out at the sea and make a wish.
