Join TBS member Katie Weissberg on Mondays 10 am – 10:45 am for Yoga on Zoom. Come unwind and replenish your energy with this class designed to release tension from the body and mind. The class will focus on movement, strength, flexibility and breathing. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement aimed to be doable by individuals of any level of fitness. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Katie has been a fitness professional for over 30 years. She is an ACE and AFAA certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer as well as a Pop Pilates, Schwinn, and YogaFit certified teacher. Her passion is changing lives through fitness.
